Workshops and Classes are taught by Ginger and Dale Lee at their home just outside of Salida, CO., as well as other locations. Ginger and Dale live next to the Arkansas River in the beautiful Bighorn Sheep Canyon. Don Rollins teaches the Gunnison workshops with us. He lives in Gunnison, CO. where he also has an active shamanic practice. He is also a Sacred Pipe Carrier in the Lakota Tradition and has led Sweatlodge Ceremonies and Sundance for over 25 years. For those who attend the weekend workshops there are a variety of lodging options available in each location, including motels and camping areas. Information is provided upon registration.
We offer a Medicine Wheel Workshop Series which meets 4 – 5 times, usually about once every 2 months +/-. These workshops are very intense and include much personal work, as well as work with others. They are designed to be experiential, and you will learn powerful techniques to work with energy, your own and others. Each time we meet you will receive a number of Initiations and Rites. In addition you will learn about Shamanism, The Inca Tradition and The Prophecies of the Times to Come. If you embark on this path, The Medicine Path, it will change how you see your life and engage in this earth walk. You will begin to see everything in your life, and around you, through a different set of eyes. This work is life – changing.
In addition to the Medicine Wheel Workshop Series, we teach a wide-range of Advanced Workshops (see below). Be sure to visit the “Photo Gallery” section to see an assortment of pictures (website pictures are in no particular order) from those attending workshops. In the Salida area we conduct Full Moon Ceremonies as our schedule allows, which are open to all in the community (see below). For those who are working through the Medicine Wheel Workshop Series, or have completed it, we schedule an “Ayllu Gathering” once or twice a year (see below). The “Ayllu Gathering” provides us all with an opportunity to visit and share our experiences on The Medicine Path, as well as practicing techniques, and enjoying ceremony together. Many of the “Ayllu Gatherings” are also open to friends and family who wish to attend. We all really enjoy having the opportunity to meet and visit with all of those who are able to come.
Ginger and Dale, as well as Don, are each initiated Kuraq Akulleqs (4th Level Shaman Priests and Wisdom Keepers) in the Inca Tradition of the Andes. They work with both the Right Side (Ordinary World) and Left Side (World of Magic & Transformation) of the Peruvian Mesa, and have been doing energetic healing work for over a decade.

Note: Swissvale is just outside of Salida, CO. Students traveling to Salida for workshops generally make reservations in the Salida which is about 10 minutes away. A variety of lodging options are available in Salida including camping in the surrounding area.
Energy Exchange for the Teachings in Swissvale and Gunnison is $240.00 per session (energy exchange can be made with cash/check/bankcard/PayPal). Workshops taught in other locations have a higher energy exchange due to facility rental and travel related expenses.
**Denver Area Workshops – Medicine Wheel and Advanced Work:
We are available to teach smaller groups in Denver and surrounding areas. If you are able to bring together 4 – 6 folks and would like to sponsor a workshop at your home please contact us. Medicine Wheel Workshop Series Overview:
During the course of this workshop series you will learn basic information about “Shamanism” including the origins of “Shamanism” and “Shamanism” today. You will learn how the Shaman perceives and interacts in his/her world. You will also learn about Peruvian Mythology as well as the Inca Prophecies. As the 
prophecies foretell we are entering into a time of great shifting and change. The Hopi say we are entering into the 5th World, the Inca call it the 5th Sun and we speak of how we have moved into the 5th Dimension. The Inca Elders have prophesized a time of great upheaval and change with the promise of a “Golden Age” and a new kind of human – “Homo Luminous”. As we move into this “Golden Age” we must step out now from behind our rocks and hiding places and begin the process of truly knowing ourselves and “becoming”. We are who we have been waiting for. We are those new humans.
As you begin to walk The Medicine Path you will experience many rites of passage. The emphasis being on your own personal experience. You will work with your luminous energy body and begin the process of knowing yourself and learning to live consciously and in balance. You will begin to shed your past and your programming, connect with Helping Spirits and Guides, experience Shamanic Journeying, participate in Ceremony and Ritual, learn Shamanic Breathwork and learn powerful methods to work with your own energy and to assist others. You will also begin the process of 
assembling your own Healing Mesa (Sacred Medicine Bundle).
Over the course of these 4 – 5 weekend classes, you will receive traditional shamanic initiations, and you will also be gifted with the Munay – Ki Initiations, which are rites of passage and initiation into the Medicine Way in this tradition. They include the Healer’s Rites, Bands of Power, Seer’s Rites, Rites of Time to Come and Spirit Rites.

Shamanic Journey
Whether you have never experienced Shamanic Journeying before or are an experienced journeyer, please join us for an opportunity to learn about and experience “Shamanic Journeying” and learn more about Shamanism. A 
Shaman is a type of Medicine Man or Woman especially distinguished by the use of journey work to access other dimensions/worlds otherwise known mainly through myth, dream, or near-death experiences. They work with the unseen world to affect healing and to access information that is of use to themselves, others, and tribal or community groups. The practice of Shamanism is practiced in all cultures of the world. During these workshops we spend time discussing basic information about shamanism, shamanic journeying, working with protection and installing a protective shield, as well as discuss and answer other questions that the group may have. We also learn to create Sacred Space and learn and experience Shamanic Breathwork. The purpose of the “Journey Workshops” is for each participant to develop a relationship with their own Helping Spirits, Guides and Angels, and learn skills that will allow you to continue doing journeywork on your own to obtain information, and effect your own healing. The Advanced Workshops are generally scheduled from 9am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Of course ending times can be later as sometimes the work that is done may take longer. Each group also enjoys time together to share at the beginning of the workshop. As with all of the workshops we facilitate, we continue to share new material and techniques.
You are always welcome to take any of our workshops more than one time, to 
receive additional training, fine-tune the techniques you have learned, and of course receive powerful healing work yourself. If you do wish to take a workshop for a second time please let us know as we do have to be attentive to the number of students in a group. The energy exchange for this is one half of the cost of the regular tuition for the workshop.
The Advanced Workshops are geared more towards those of you who wish to work with others, either in a professional capacity and/or with friends and family. There is an increasing need, for those who are able / willing to be of assistance to others, during these times that we are now in.

In this workshop we will do a general review of the information and techniques covered in the 5 basic workshops (called the Medicine Wheel or 4 Directions Program). We will not be doing all of the techniques again, but intend to review, answer questions, etc. In some cases we may be doing the exercises again. As all of you who have completed this program already know, there is much material that has been covered. Energy Exchange is $240.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP 1A:
This workshop is open to all Full Mesa Carriers (Those who have completed, or will have completed by workshop date, the Basic Workshop Series). You will learn and practice Advanced Energy Clearing and Extraction Techniques which can be used to clear yourself, others, as well as homes, businesses and land. These are techniques that will assist you greatly in your work with yourself and/or others. This workshop also includes additional activations. If you determine to take further Advanced Workshops, you will build more upon these techniques.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP 1B:
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to review the techniques learned in Advanced Workshop 1A, and learn to do Illuminations. This workshop is for those who have completed “Advanced Workshop 1A”. During this workshop you will also learn a technique to balance the adrenals called “Bringing the Jaguar Down from the Tree”. There will be time to discuss the experiences that you have had working with others, ask questions, and continue fine tuning the techniques that you have learned.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP 1C:
This workshop is the 3rd workshop of the Advanced 1 Workshop Series. Each of these contain very detailed intensive techniques which can be used with yourself and others whether clients and/or family and friends. In addition to reviewing the techniques learned in Advanced 1A & 1B you will also learn a technique called “Removing Negative Energy Blockages” to work with identifying and clearing imprints, patterns, beliefs, thought forms, and other forms of low-vibrational energies, as well as clearing curses, hexes, spells and vows.

This workshop is open to all Full Mesa Carriers who have completed the Advanced Workshop 1 Series (Advanced 1A, 1B & 1C). This workshop will include learning and practicing the beautiful and meaningful work of Soul Retrieval. It is very important that you have,are working towards developing a good level of confidence with your journeying abilities prior to learning Soul Retrievals.

This workshop is for those who have completed “Advanced Workshop 2A”. During this workshop you will have the opportunity to review the techniques learned in “Advanced Workshop 2A”, and will also learn ways to assist others in the process of “Death, Dying and Beyond”, including performing the Death Rites. You will also have the opportunity to experience “Spirit Flight”. There will be time to discuss the experiences that you have had working with others, ask questions, and work together to continue fine tuning the techniques that you have learned.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP 3:
This workshop is for those of you who have completed all of the Advanced 1 and 2 workshops. In this workshop you will learn how to perform “Hucha Mikhuy”, in a safe manner. “Hucha Mikhuy” is the shamanic eating and digesting of heavy energy. This technique can benefit your client greatly. It can be done in several different fashions, and is known by different names. It is extremely important when doing “Hucha Mikhuy” that it is done in a way that ensures that you (the shaman) retain none of the heavy energies that you are removing from your client. We will also show you ways to work with the elements (in particular Fire and Water) to assist your client in the healing process. We will also spend time discussing working with clients. As with all of the workshops we teach, we are always fine-tuning the information & techniques to be included.

ADVANCED WORKSHOP 4:
This workshop has come about, due to requests from many of you, for 
assistance and ideas for putting together Journey Groups and Workshops, and/or Ceremonies for others, both inside and outside. We will show you how we have put together these types of Groups and Workshops, as well as Ceremonies for others. Of course, each of you, doing this work, will bring your own way of doing things into each of these, and may already be doing so. If you feel that it would benefit you to have us show you how we have put these together, discuss issues that have come up, etc., please join us. At this time, we plan to offer this a few times each year in each location.

BEYOND BEAUTY: A PATH TO ENLIGHTENMENT:
Class is taught by Dale Lee. Enlightenment has been known by many different names: Cosmic Consciousness, Self-Reallization, God-Realization, Liberation, Awakening, and more. It is a mystical state because it seems to be emanating from the mystery of being, beyond our everyday awareness. It is rare to find in this world, yet it is a very sane and grounded way to be in the world. The enlightened state is experienced as an all-encompassing perception of the oneness of all of life. It is the awareness that we, humanity, are all one. This workshop blends elements of Peruvian Shamanism, Kundalini Yoga, and American Mysticism to help you continue on your Path of Enlightenment. I will be showing you a path to attain it, without having to live in a cave for two years. With a combination of breathing exercise, prayer, and several simple but powerful techniques, you will have the opportunity to safely awaken your Kundalini, continue to raise your consciousness, deconstruct your ego, achieve the Still-point, and balance the emotional swings that cause the suffering in your life. SHAMANIC MENTORSHIP PROGRAM:
This program is designed for those who wish to commit to being of service, as a Shaman, within their communities, family and friend group as well as with clients. Participation will include attending 6 scheduled meeting dates (future dates available to participants). Curriculum will include reviewing techniques, discussing situations that have occurred with the work you are doing with others, clearings of buildings and property, clearing and energizing water sources, despacho ceremony for others, and doing ceremony and journey work (those in group will conduct these for the group) with others. Additionally those in the group are scheduled to conduct Fire Ceremonies which are open to the Ayllu, Friends and Family and work with clients as well as each other over the course of the program. One optional class (6th Meeting) will be totally devoted to spending time explaining and performing the Munay-Ki Initiations. “Mentorship” is for those with a serious commitment to working with clients, and /or friends/family, and being of service within their community. Prerequisite for joining the Mentorship Program is Advanced 4. Energy Exchange is $195 per meeting in Swissvale, higher at other locations. This program is ever evolving as input is received from those in the program and as we bring in new material. We begin a new Mentorship Group about every 2 years +/-. “Ayllu” is a Peruvian word for a group such as a family, community or a village. Each of us are part of several different Ayllus. The group that you are working through the workshops with, are an Ayllu. It also applies perfectly to the even larger group that we are becoming. This group includes all of you who are currently walking this Path. At present there are about 400 wonderful souls in the Ayllu from throughout the country and further afield.
These gatherings are a wonderful opportunity to visit with others who are also walking this Path. With all of us having very busy schedules, we know that not everyone will be able to attend each time. We also have many Ayllu members who do not live in the area who we hope will be able to attend.
